Specifically designed for our product packaging product range, CSP PharmaFlextm PE 77 Med is manufactured from a pure polyethylene, mixed with an anti-static agent which enhances the smooth transfer of powders and protecting against electro static build up charge within the liner. Manufactured in our independent cleanroom facility, it is always visually inspected before manufacturing begins to uphold the high-quality standards that we pride ourselves on here at CSP. CSP PharmaFlextm PE 77 Med is compliant with EU and FDA regulations so it is safe to use for contact with items in the pharmaceutical, food and drink industry.

CSP PharmaFlextm PE 77 Med is predominantly a packaging material, it is utilised in our Continuous Liner, FIBC, bottle bag and RTP Beta bag product range. The aforementioned products are easy to use contained packaging systems that have been proven to be extremely effective in containing active pharmaceutical ingredients (API’s) and other hazardous substances. These systems assure a safe and effective powder transfer operation with these product lines typically meeting OEB5 requirements of containment.
